Inspections are visual, non-invasive, and limited to readily accessible components. Inspectors do not perform destructive testing, code enforcement, engineering analysis, or inspections of areas that are unsafe or inaccessible at the time of service.

Inspection findings represent the condition of the property solely at the time of the inspection. No warranty, guarantee, assurance, or prediction of future performance, lifespan, or condition is provided or implied. Homes and components may fail or change condition at any time without notice.
4. Governing Inspection Agreement
All inspection services are governed exclusively by the written Inspection Agreement executed prior to the inspection.
The Inspection Agreement controls the scope of services, limitations of liability, exclusions, and all contractual terms. No content on this website modifies, expands, or supersedes the terms of the Inspection Agreement.
5. Limitations of Liability
Any liability arising from inspection services is strictly limited to the terms of the Inspection Agreement.
Use of this website does not create any inspector-client relationship, contractual obligation, or duty beyond what is established in the signed Inspection Agreement.
6. Services Not Provided
Unless expressly contracted and appropriately licensed where required, the inspector does not provide:
Structural engineering evaluation or load calculations
Pest/WDO inspections (unless separately licensed)
Mold, air quality, or environmental testing
Radon testing
Sewer line evaluations
Asbestos, lead, or hazardous material identification
Permitting, zoning, or code-compliance review
Any invasive or technically exhaustive inspection work
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure unobstructed and safe access to attics, crawlspaces, mechanical equipment, electrical panels, and all interior and exterior areas of the property. Inaccessible or unsafe areas cannot be inspected and may conceal defects.
8. Use of Inspection Reports
Inspection reports are prepared exclusively for the client named in the Inspection Agreement.
Reports may not be transferred, reproduced, or relied upon by third parties without written authorization. The inspector assumes no liability to parties other than the original contracting client.
9. Third-Party References
Any links, references, or mentions of third-party products, contractors, or services on this website are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement. The business is not responsible for the accuracy, performance, or conduct of any third party.
10. Privacy Statement
